OUTLINE: Darryl will introduce his many approaches to breaking down barriers to learning using creative ICT. Participants will get involved in hands on tasks utilising animation, video and iPads. They will explore ways to develop group work, independence and communication skills. There will be time for reflection, sharing outcomes, and exploring practical uses within individual teaching contexts.

PARTICIPANTS: This is a session for people who like to get involved, explore technology and interact with others.
Although the focus is on SEN students, the suggested teaching approaches will benefit all learners. A wide range of teachers, who are interested in future technologies and creative ways to engage students will find this session informative and fun.
